The aim of the project was to ensure the correct and effective use of the software and the transfer of knowledge within the workforce through internal and process-related user training. For user training, MRK developed an individual training concept adapted to the tasks of the users in order to ensure efficient use and utilization of all available functionalities and support options of the software. Based on this, detailed training documents were created, which serve as a guide and documentation for the users in their daily business. The user training took place in groups of max. 5 people and included an introductory workshop with an explanation of the basic software functions as well as application-relevant intensive training on content that had previously been identified with the respective employees.
