A rail transport company is faced with the challenge of setting up a new reporting system for vandalism damage and attacks on driving personnel. MRK took on board the requirements of the operators and listed the requirements in a specification sheet.

The aim was to create a future-proof modular system that is multi-client capable and thus also allows for the input of reports from other transport companies or groups involved (e.g. psychologists, lawyers).
