The aim of the project was to provide Stadtwerke Bonn Verkehrs-GmbH with comprehensive advice on the infrastructural, financial and planning aspects of the future operation of the cable car and to minimize risks and uncertainties.

The consulting services included the evaluation and assessment of the preliminary technical planning and the first draft of a standardized evaluation. The plausibility and realism of the planning parameters and variables were critically scrutinized in order to create a sound basis and certainty for the upcoming planning steps.

MRK provided support in being able to react at an early stage to steps and decisions that were crucial for successful implementation and ensured a comprehensive and realistic assessment for the future operation of the cable car.
