On July 22, MRK Media AG successfully passed the recertification audit for its quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. With the certification of our quality management system (QMS) by TÜV Süd, we underscore our commitment to the continuous improvement of our operations.

This improvement is achieved primarily through the continuous monitoring and refinement of internal and external business processes, which ensures the company’s structured and efficient organization. This is achieved, for example, through numerous internal audits, during which the effectiveness of the QMS in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the correct implementation of processes by our employees are reviewed. In this way, errors in the application of business processes can be detected and corrected internally at an early stage. In addition, individual employees regularly propose ideas for further developing processes, which are implemented company-wide after review by management.

MRK Media AG undergoes an annual external audit for ISO 9001:2015 certification by TÜV Süd. A more comprehensive follow-up audit is conducted every three years, as was the case in July of this year. In addition to senior management and the quality management department, numerous project-related departments and support functions—along with their respective employees—are also audited. The audit assesses compliance with the requirements of the quality management system (QMS) and conformity with the ISO standard in day-to-day operations.

From our customers’ perspective, the use of a quality management system demonstrates that MRK Media AG tackles new tasks and projects with a systematic approach, building on processes that have been developed over many years and refined by the company’s staff. Newly acquired knowledge is documented through the QMS and integrated into existing processes to further develop the company and its services. This explicitly includes the use of new technical capabilities and software applications, which—when used appropriately—can improve work outcomes and increase the company’s efficiency.

Therefore, passing the recertification audit is not only a success for MRK Media AG, but above all a commitment to our customers that we will continuously improve our services to ensure their satisfaction.
