Automotive industry

MRK took on the task of finding an investor for a medium-sized company in the automotive supply industry in order to secure financing for its growth. The focus was on equity capital from both an institutional and a private entrepreneurial investor.

MRK took on the following tasks:

• Preparation of a memorandum,
• Making contact with potential buyers,
• coordination and support,
• Support in negotiations for the conclusion of a letter of intent and
• preparation of the notarization.
