A few years ago, the client had ordered and installed a software solution from a third-party provider. Until MRK was commissioned, the software did not run to the desired extent. Acceptance could not be declared. MRK prepared and accompanied a systematic acceptance procedure for its client. This included identifying weak points and factors in the program that still needed to be improved, motivating the supplier to be prepared to complete the order, drawing up the list of defects and coordinating with the client on possible ways to enforce them, as well as moderating the time sequence and priorities. During the rectification phase, MRK developed proposals for solutions in the event of recognizable implementation difficulties and carried out strict project controlling. The project was completed to the satisfaction of all parties involved with acceptance following extensive functional tests.
