For the construction of a new plant in Poland, MRK is providing project management support services for the electrical engineering and assembly trades. MRK’s focus here was on training the employees on site, on-site construction supervision and the preparation of measurements and checking the invoices of the subcontractors used.

MRK continuously monitored the deadlines and quality of the subcontractors’ services for the client.
