The “Mobility inside” platform is intended to network mobility services to create a seamless service for customer groups. It provides mobility service providers with a common marketplace that makes intermodal travel easier and enables multimodal travel information including ticket information and ticket purchase.

As part of the project to develop and launch the booking platform, MRK GmbH supported the partners in the form of project and process management. The main focus was on founding the company, applying for funding and sub-project management of the productive pilot application on behalf of MVG.

In particular, MRK GmbH was responsible for the following topics:

• Preparation and support of the company formation for Mobility inside.
• Supporting the Mobility inside Product Owner in project management activities in the context of company formation and development as well as product development.
• Process control and coordination for the necessary activities for the foundation of the company.
• Process management as sub-project manager for the piloting of the Mobility inside iOS application in the production system.
• Make-or-buy decision-making.
• Accompanying the application process for funding Mobility inside from the “Clean Air 2017-2020” immediate action program (4th call) with preparation of the sub-project description.
• Project controlling in the area of communication, stakeholder and process management.
