The “T-Home Entertain” project included the market launch and installation of a high-speed fiber optic network. This included 4,000 multifunctional housings (transfer station of the fiber optic network to private households) and 160 km of newly dug longitudinal roads (laying of the empty conduits and the fiber optic cable) in the greater Munich area.

MRK carried out the overall coordination and management of the Telekom employees and the forces of the individual companies, authorities and energy supply companies involved in the project, from the receipt of the planning to the telecommunications connection in the overall project. Specifically, this included monitoring the achievement of objectives and milestones, budget control, reporting, early warning and risk management, escalation and authority management, quality assurance and the information service for the public.
