Omnipart Verkehrsdienstleistungen GmbH & Co. KG

Omnipart GmbH is the operating company for a computer-aided operations control system (AVLC) for 23 transport companies and covers a total area of 12,840 km² with over 840 buses. The management of Omnipart GmbH was commissioned by its shareholders to draw up a business plan for the further strategic development of Omnipart.

The aim of the project is to support Omnipart in the assessment of potential, risk evaluation, development of action strategies and cost estimates, to gain further clients in the area of AVL, planning tools and future electronic fare management (e-ticket and cell phone).

MRK created a calculation tool to measure the costs and estimate the potential return on investment, which can be used to evaluate various scenarios for adding clients.
