The CFL was faced with the challenge of optimizing the passenger counting process and the distribution of tasks between external service providers and internal staff. The aim of the project is to create standardized processes in order to generate optimal workflows, to use the available planning personnel for the individual process steps in a competence-related manner and to use synergies at the interfaces to other planning processes and instruments within the CFL.
Based on a detailed survey, the use of the planning, recording and evaluation program used was analysed and optimized for each employee. In addition to detailed documentation including procedural instructions, the implementation of the redesigned process was designed and monitored. The integration of the processes into the workflow was also ensured in training courses for the required software.
