On behalf of the VVO, MRK supported the rollout of a check-in/check-out ticketing app (CiCo) in the greater Dresden area. The system enables passengers to automatically check in and out and provides algorithmic best-price billing—implemented in collaboration with DVB AG and FAIRTIQ AG. MRK’s services included project management, preparation for the procurement process—including the statement of work and bid forms—publication of the request for proposals, support during the procurement process, and bid evaluation.
