MRK developed and implemented the Berlin Host City Mobility Concept for UEFA EURO 2024 on behalf of the Senate Department for the Interior and Sports. Key areas of focus included the sustainable management of passenger flows, the planning of stadium arrival and departure procedures, capacity and transportation scenarios, incident and risk management, the signage concept, and passenger information. During the tournament, MRK supported the HCOC’s event management and handled the follow-up work.
