MRK has designed an automatic incident management system for a public transport authority. Various scenarios have been developed together with the operating staff, which automatically implement recommendations for action. The operating staff can of course intervene manually at any time. During implementation, it is important to provide the necessary infrastructure in the external branches in order to be able to initiate the right measures at any time and in any situation. The video shows the concept of the incident management system in the tunnel area of a metro.
