MRK took on the task of requirements management for a planning tool for a regional rail transport company over a period of 2 years. In preparation for the half-yearly releases of a software supplier, requirements are agreed with the users, passed on and monetary and personnel expenses are estimated.

During the implementation of the releases, MRK’s experts then focus on supporting the test operation, acceptance and user training.
