As a process manager, MRK develops concepts and action plans for complex, large-scale projects as part of larger roll-outs. The aim of the project was to optimize the processes in project and company management, as well as the existing resources (internal and external) in the areas of civil engineering, cable pulling and assembly. The focus was on eliminating superfluous process steps through standardization and automation as well as increasing flexibility through outsourcing.

MRK developed the analysis and concept and implemented this within the framework of working groups to restructure the organization.
