For a capital city abroad, the acceleration of traffic lights for public transportation was a concern in order to make the traffic flow in the metropolitan region more efficient. MRK was commissioned to review the existing infrastructure and identify options as part of a weak-point analysis.

Using a traffic model for individual traffic, the traffic flow was simulated, the requirements for the infrastructure and operation were defined and a control center (traffic management center) was designed and set up.
